Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates for all masonry projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or if you request additional work beyond the original estimate. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with modified work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due immediately upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects based on scope, weather conditions, and material availability. While we make every effort to meet scheduled completion dates, timelines are estimates only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances including weather delays, material shortages, or discovery of underlying issues that require additional work. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Permits and Approvals

We will obtain all necessary permits required for your masonry project as specified in your contract. You are responsible for obtaining any HOA approvals or other property-specific permissions before work begins. Delays caused by permit issues or lack of required approvals may affect project timeline and are not the responsibility of OC Oceanside Masonry.

Property Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide clear and safe access to the work area for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, or other items that may interfere with our work. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed before work begins.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor as specified in your written contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

OC Oceanside Masonry carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
