OC Oceanside Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry contractor services in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our company. It does not constitute a binding offer of service. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or estimate signed by both parties.
Any estimate provided by OC Oceanside Masonry, whether verbal or in writing, is based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not a guarantee of final price. Actual costs may change if site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements differ from what was observed during the initial assessment.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise an estimate if more than 30 days have passed or if conditions have materially changed.
Scheduling is subject to availability. We will provide a start date or window when work is confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee. If collection action is required due to non-payment, you agree to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, as permitted by applicable law.
Where a written warranty is provided for completed work, the scope, duration, and limitations of that warranty will be described in the project documentation. Warranties apply only to work performed directly by OC Oceanside Masonry and do not cover damage caused by subsequent alterations, misuse, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.
